PAVILION OF THE SENSES

ESPAÑOL

A WORK THAT IS LIVED

Here is an alternative way of conceiving architecture, in wide and open spaces, a pavilion can be imagined, although it can be conceived in a more limited sense, as a structure that fulfills a secondary function, can be understood as something bigger, a Structure with a purpose, in this case, more than aesthetic, it is proposed to live the architecture from the experience of the one who inhabits it, as a penetrable that awakens sensations in the viewer, that goes from "view" to experience.

This is how the idea arises of this proposal that elevates that concept to a more personal and intimate level of the one who lives the piece momentarily, stimulating their senses, guiding the viewer so that he can live the work, from a more individual level, generating Multiple responses that each one, making, more than a pavilion, an entire work of art that is perceived in a multisensorial way.

Through the stimulation of the senses, it is sought that the experience be the protagonist; Spaces grouped in a chrome metallic structure that becomes part of its environment, which holds planes of colored glass whose overlap creates different shades in a virtual way transforming as each corner is touched. The venue leads the viewer to perceive the wood, fire, stone, sand, lights, colors, water, aromatic flowers, fruit trees, coffee seeds and smoke of colors and smells in a multisensorial way. Strengthen the dynamics between the user and the senses.

Each has a unique texture, where the touch can be enriched in multiple ways, either with the use of hands on the surface, or any stimulus that is perceived through skin, wood, stone, penetrable, will be perceived by its Surface, generating a unique perception and a personal response to what makes up space and its dimensions.

Through the view will be perceived an almost infinite series of stimuli, being the mixture of colors, the main protagonist, , textures, shapes, lines and figures, through the use of smoke, with different colors, apart from a series of panels Glass that will paint the spaces depending on the position of the person who perceives the work and how the light is sifted at different times of the day, making it fun to witness and observe, gives the sensation of a constant transformation as one enters more deeply In every detail.

A particular acoustic characterizes this proposal, the sound coming from the water and its natural environment enters everywhere, a mixture of those produced within the structure and those that filter from outside, opening our perception of space, going beyond building In itself, understanding it as part of its context, integrating the whole into the work.

VIEW 360°

It is understood that smell and taste are intimately related, we can taste the spaces, strange as it sounds, through their scents, so a series of flowers and other aromatic elements, will lend themselves to create this mixture of sensations. Smells have the particular power to evoke specific moments recorded in our memory, accentuating is an intimate, subjective and personal response in the public.

More than a pavilion, it evokes the experience lived in a penetrable work, fun, dynamic and universal, in constant movement as the one who enters in it, enters in a personal experience and, in turn, light and comforting; a space Which seeks to be known and experienced, a work that is appreciated from within, and which is one with what is outside, a work of art that encompasses in its own structure a coherent, heterogeneous concept; Which teaches us that in the variety is, more than taste, is in every sense.
